Lauren Leprich - Exotic



Hey everyone! These handmade puppets have been in my house for years, and I can remember looking at them as a child, wondering where they must have come from and who made them. To me, they embody a culture that is intriguing, foreign and exotic. The third image is the one I have chosen as my final submission, however I decided to upload the other two photos I had been considering. 
Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated :) Thanks!

    I really like all 3 I cannot choose! LOL I was really looking and trying to find something I really liked more. But I can't! I think the lighting and background choice are great. really allows the colours of the puppets to become more dynamic.

    Like Jane, I can't decide either! Lol!! The black really brings out all the colours and the compositions are all really lovely too!

    The dolls used in these photos are so intriguing with the shape of the body and the colours used. Out of the three I prefer either the first or third. I really like the negative space in the first, but the placement of the dolls in the third is very intriguing. Only piece of criticism I have for these is maybe upping the brightness a bit. Other than that good job!!

    I think you need to do more here, right now they are falling a bit flat. Too literal perhaps. They are also underexposed.
