  1. This is a really cool idea, and you photoshopped it really well. Its cool to see a different take on the typical black and white + randomly coloured content-photo. I notice in the first one though, that you can still see her hands holding the newspaper. Really cool shots Lyndsey!

  2. Such a cool concept you executed it very well! Love how everything is in black and white and then her whole body is in colour with different coloured plants

  5. I really like this, the way you did it was just overall well done. The colours are really sharp and you can clearly tell the leafs and flowers used. I really liked this idea.

  6. I am so happy you decided on a triad in place of the other layout you posted as a rough. I also like how the images placed in the silhouette of the subjects offer a sort of 2D effect that, with the color, helps them jump off the image.

The images not being separated by a border of any kind is a very nice touch. My eye lingers between each subject as I pass from one to the next, in search of some sort of separation, only to find no sign of a border. It keeps interest.

I like the idea and how you applied it to the theme, good job.

  7. This is a great idea! Very well executed. The variation of poses, spacing between figures and the decision to display the image as a triptych is good. Smart idea to combine vivid colours with a monochrome background. I agree that the hands holding the newspaper to be 'exotically' coloured as well.

  8. Wow, great idea! Amazing photoshop skills too! Like, Nathan said, with no border, it's much easier for the eye to be lead around the whole piece!
    Great shots!
