Does fast food decompose?
Well, a published report and evidence say no. Time to take this assignment to another level, i guess we'll all find out in April.
Take a look at this article i found witty and insightful.
I found myself agreeing with the author on multiple accounts.
"That's the real story here. It's not that McDonald's hamburgers won't decompose; it's thatpeople are stupid enough to eat them. But you won't find CNN reporting that story any time soon."

I love the cleverness of this idea. The only thing is I wish the jar was just moved over a little bit more to the left. Because its not directly in the centre, but the uneven space on the left side and right side kinda bother me. Maybe its just me! But good work :)

I like this idea, because it reminds me of Supersize Me. I feel like this is so true and that if you did leave the fries in the container they wouldn't break down as quickly as other foods would. I think one thing I would have tried would have been a top light only. Maybe to see how it reflected? Maybe that would have been cool :) Even an under light, kind of what Alex told us in class with cutting a hole in paper and projecting light up through the glass as well. That would have been cool too :) Other than that I really like the idea :)

Interesting idea! I feel like this image would be better if shot from a lower angle, so the camera is more at eye level.

I like this idea! I agree with Stef on moving the jar over to the left side a little bit more. I like the lighting on the glass, it really stands out and it's not flat like glass usually photographs! :)
