Steven Audia - Fast Food

So here is my interpretation of the fast food theme. For the first image I wanted to make the fries look as tempting and desirable as possible. Their salty deep fried goodness glistening in the sunlight makes you want to just reach out and grab one. For the second image I wanted to make the bag look as disgusting and used as possible so I threw all the fries into the bag and squished them around to make the bag as greasy as I possibly could. I think the bag acts as a good metaphor for the deterioration of the human body witch is sped up when we consume fast food. Thank you in advance for your feedback and comments!

  1. my heart hurts for the fries that were destroyed in the oiling of the bag...

i loveeeeee the lighting in both, but prefer the second because it has more things going on that makes it more interesting. the lines are beautiful and contrast very nicely with the brown bag. :) x

  2. Totally agree with Carrie - the lighting is really nice in both of them, though in the second image the lighting is a little more interesting and it attracts almost as much attention in the photo as the bag itself. The bag almost looks jailed. The mixture of lighting, the texture of the bag, and the way it is sitting seems to personify the bag a little. All in all, I really like it. :)

  4. Ooh, the fries in the first picture look so delicious!! I love the lighting but I most definitely love the second photo more. The texture of the bag along with the grease make it much more interesting. :)
