I am a dancer, and when I use to preform I always wore costumes; some good, some bad, and some REALLY bad. Though I may have loved a dance I had to preform in, if I had to wear a hideous costume I felt a little embarrassed going onstage. Even when the performance was over with (and the hopes of the costume being destroyed) cheesy dance photos would be taken of me in these costumes to forever hold the memory of how unattractive I looked. Even today when I look back on these photos I'm still a little ashamed. But it was never my choice to choose these costumes, it was my dance teachers and their "interesting" sense of style.
In the words of a dance friend of mine: "Dance teachers are drunk when they design costumes."

ReplyDeleteThese are quite funny...right now I'm not sure the grey is working, and perhaps less fade on the oval. Maybe less tight on the oval too.
